BASIL-BLUEBERRY SALSA

2 teaspoons olive oil
2 jalapeno chili peppers, finely chopped
3 cups of blueberries (about 1 pound), rinsed
½ small red onion, chopped fine
juice of 2 or 3 limes (about 3 tablespoons
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup loosely packed basil leaves, thinly sliced

Place 2 cups of the blueberries is a food processor and pulse until coarsely
chopped.  Transfer to a bowl and add the onion, chilis, lime juice and salt.  Stir to
combine,  Add the basil, remaining cup of blueberries and oil.  Mix lightly.  Serve
with chicken or turkey.
