Stockbridge Herbs
Stockbridge Herbs is a farm-based herbal business located in South Deerfield,
Massachusetts. We operate through mail order and craft and specialty food fairs.
For more than twenty-five years, we have been dedicated to exploring the flavors and
wonders of herbs.
The culinary uses of herbs are our specialty. We have created more than two dozen
culinary blends which call on the palate of more than forty different natural herbal
flavors. Recently, our product development has focused on the many uses of
lavender. We use this fragrant herb to make lavender wands, spritzers, dryer bags,
dream pillows, stress balls and eye pillows. Also, we have created several recipes
which use culinary lavender and our own Herbes de Provence blend. We are always
exploring new and creative ways to use lavender.
Our extensive herb and vegetable garden contains over fifty varieties of basil and
heirloom tomatoes. At this time, our farm is open for special events and
appointment only.
We are happy to design a program for your group or organization. Past programs
include a presentation for Massachusetts Agriculture in the Classroom; and
numerous culinary and informational workshops before garden clubs and other
groups. We continue to offer our products at craft fairs and our own festivals.
As business owners, we are members of the International Herb Association and
The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce. We are proud to have been named a
CISA Local Hero Farm.
